I’ve used this app for a while but not for very long. It’s just too frustrating because the rolls are ridiculously predictable. Most of the time I think they pick who is going to win before the game starts. They swear that the algorithms they use are top notch. Uhhh.....I don’t think so!

Open the Applications folder in the Finder (if it doesn’t appear in the sidebar, go to the Menu Bar, open the “Go” menu, and select Applications in the list), search for Backgammon Masters 1.6.7 application by typing its name in the search field, and then drag it to the Trash (in the dock) to begin the uninstall process. Alternatively you can also click on the Backgammon Masters 1.6.7 icon/folder and move it to the Trash by pressing Cmd + Del or choosing the File and Move to Trash commands.
New Version TERRIBLE!
Last update added a long ad break between every game. I guess it’s time to find another backgammon app. The algorithms to emulate random dice roll are terrible. I can not tell you badly enough how terrible the algorithms are to emulate random dice rolls. There are definite patterns. The search for a realistic back gammon game continues. Tired of the aggravation of the lopsided rolls and that patterns that prevent you from coming off the bar. Will rate 0 stars if that’s possible. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR SUPPORT THIS APP!
– Changed time per move for quick “Sit&Go” tournaments and regular tournaments. Just like stated in international rules there are only 12 seconds per move right now and additional time (red timer) which is allocated for the whole match (all rounds in a game between two players). For quick “Sit&Go” tournaments this time is 2 minutes, for regular tournaments – 4 minutes, since in regular tourneys game lasts until two points. This way tournament games will become faster. Allocate your time wisely so you have enough additional time for the entire match.
